From September 25th to 27th, the Institute of Sustainable Processes of the University of Valladolid (ISP-UVa) took part in the European Researchers’ Night 2025, bringing science and sustainability closer to audiences of all ages. The event was held at the Palacio de Santa Cruz in Valladolid, as part of the exhibition “The Legacy of the Nobel Prize”, organized by the Scientific Culture and Innovation Unit (UCC+i) of the University of Valladolid.
As a complement to the exhibition, ISP-UVa researchers designed a collection of science-themed puzzles and games, including a puzzle, maze, matching game, crossword, and spot-the-difference challenge. These activities offered visitors a fun and engaging way to learn about science while discovering some of the Institute’s European projects, CHEERS, PhyToVALUE, NANOBOOSTER, Waste4Bio, and Oils4my, and the sustainable solutions each one promotes.

Through these activities, ISP-UVa strengthens its commitment to science outreach and sustainability, showcasing how research can help address today’s environmental and social challenges while encouraging people of all ages to take an active interest in science.
